Harbor leaf chain is mostly used in the heavy duty lifting machines and container forklift in ports or harbors, which means the chain has to be able to withstand extreme loads.<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

MAXTOP harbor leaf chain features free-spinning pins, bushings in the inner plates, through hardened pins and bushings and quad-staked to provide a longer wear life and excellent performance than standard leaf chain.<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

1. Free-spinning pins and quad-staked riveting<\/b><\/font><\/span><\/h3>\n

MAXTOP harbor leaf chain assembles washers on the pins allowing pins to spin freely and increase bearing area for longer working life.<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

Also, the quad-staked riveting increases the holding power of the side plates.<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

2. Bushings in the inner plates \u2013 UB series<\/b><\/font><\/span><\/h3>\n

We have two series of harbor leaf chains.<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

U series is without bushings while UB series have bushings in the inner plates to reduce chain wearing.<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

Pins and bushings of MAXTOP harbor leaf chain are case hardened to increase hardness and improve wearing resistance.<\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

4. Excellent corrosion resistant coating available<\/b><\/font><\/span><\/h3>\n

CRF coating<\/font><\/a> is an additional option for corrosion resistance.<\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

The coating can slow down the rusting process especially for the machines and forklift operating in <\/font><\/span>high salinity and<\/span><\/font> corrosive environment such as ports or harbors.<\/span><\/p>\n
