| About Self-Lube Roller Chain – NSL Series<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

NSL Series chain is a lube free roller chain featuring sintered alloy bushings.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The sintered bush is porous metal structure and impregnated NSF H1 approved food grade oil by vacuum.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

When the chain is running, the oil naturally come out from the bush to maintain the chain in lubricated state.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Also, our self-lube roller chain use nickel plated pins and solid rollers to increase wear life. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The plates are black oxide for slight corrosion resistance and components are heat treated and shot peened to boost strength and durability. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Other <\/span>corrosion resistant coatings<\/span><\/a> for tough environment are available.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The chain saves time and money by extending chain life and reducing maintenance costs for more production.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

It is recommended for the place where lubricating is difficult. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Self-lube chain is also ideal for food, beverage equipment or any other industries where cleanliness and productivity are critical.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

| Two Versions of NSL Self-Lube Roller Chains<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

We offer two versions of self-lube roller chains for different temperature range.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Standard (FG): utilizes NSF H1 approved oil impregnated bushings, temperature range from -10\u00b0C ~ 145\u00b0C (14\u00b0F~293\u00b0F).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Optional (FGH): utilizes NSF H1 approved oil impregnated bushings, temperature range from -20\u00b0C ~ 220\u00b0C (-4\u00b0F~428\u00b0F).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

1. Under light load or medium load<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

2. Maximum recommended operating speed:<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

  • 40 \/ 08B: 150M \/ min<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • 50 \/ 10B: 135M \/ min<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • 60 \/ 12B: 120M \/ min<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • 100: 80M \/ min<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • 120: 50M \/ min<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    3. Sprocket:\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Standard sprocket<\/span><\/h3>\n

    4. Compatible with standard roller chains:<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

    • When replacing old chain, always replace the entire chain<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • New chain cannot be connected to an old chain, nor connecting parts.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • Dust and wet environment might accelerate wear.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Avoid to use in vacuum (negative pressure) environment; vacuum environment would cause the oil in sintered bush to leak out and reduce working life.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Be aware that non-NSFH1 lube may be present on the chain during the manufacturing process.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • It is not suggested if the chain will be used to contact with food directly.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n
