Low noise chain utilizes spring rollers.
When the spring rollers contact with the sprocket, they would extend to reduce and absorb impact force.
Thus, it reduces the noise caused by the impact between the chain and the sprocket.
The noise can be reduced by 6 - 8 dB compared to standard roller chain based on the tests in our lab.
It is possible to provide non-catalog specifications.
The chain is ideal for applications requiring low noise pollution, such as printing and packing machine or improvement of comfort level in work place.
