The stainless steel roller chain and double-pitch conveyor roller chain are made from SUS304 material for superior corrosion resistance. The fatigue strength test is considered to be the closest test method to the actual use of the chain.
Since the chain is constantly moving during use, it is also necessary to understand the fatigue life and endurance limit of the chain. The purpose of this test is to find out under what tensile load on the chain will (theoretically) never break. What is Leaf Chain? Leaf chain only consists of link plates and pins which is the simplest steel chains. It’s commonly used on forklift trucks, telehandlers and in other material handling applications. As the link plate found on the standard roller chain, the link plate of leaf chain also has the same figure of 8 shape. Leaf chain is also called balance chain and cable chain.
