| About BS Heavy Duty Roller Chain

MCC British standard heavy duty roller chain use thicker plates or larger diameter of pins than standard roller chain at the same pitch.

We further use solid bushings and rollers on our heavy duty chain.

The features allow the chain to greatly increase the strength, durability, allowable loads and service life.

It is an ideal option for heavy equipment or any applications requiring high strength without having to choose larger size roller chains.  

We also offer additional chain links: outer links, inner links, connecting links (master links), and offset links (half links) for repairing or customizing the length.

Note

Currently, there is no international standard for BS heavy duty chains.

MCC British standard heavy duty chain conforms to ISO standards in width of inner links and the outer diameter of rollers to ensure the engagement with ISO sprockets.

However, other dimensions of the heavy duty chain are different than standard roller chain.
