MEGA-II high-strength stainless steel chains have flanges on the inner plates and double outer plate design to increase bearing area.
The revolutionary design increase tensile strength, allowable load and working life up to 50% than standard stainless steel roller chain.
The chains also decrease the possible failure caused by high loading and increase wear resistance.
The inner width is complied with the ANSI and ISO standards so the chain can work on standard sprockets.
MEGAII Series is made of SUS304 material.
SUS316 material is available for better corrosion resistance.

1.Flange on inner plate, longer bushings, and double outer plates
The flange on the inner plates, longer bushings and the design of double outer plates allow the chains to have larger bearing area to increase push-out force and improve the tensile strength, allowable load and service life.
2.Quad staked rivet
All of our MEGA-II chains are quad stake riveted instead of double riveted, which could hold the link plate tight on the pin.
3.Higher strength, allowable load and service life than standard SS chain
MEGA-II chains almost double tensile strength and allowable load and increase working life by up to 50% than standard stainless steel roller chain.
The chains also eliminate possible failure caused by high loading.
4.Attachments and Custom design
MEGA-II chains can be combined with straight attachments, extended pins, and customized design per your demands and applications.
5.Can work on standard sprockets
The inner width is complied with the ANSI, ISO and DIN standards. Therefore, the chains won’t have the problem to work on standard sprockets.
MEGA-II chain is interchangeable with standard steel roller chain.

Because of double plates design, the out width is larger than standard roller chains.
